Product introduction

This product is an improved propionic acid copolymer sealing primer, suitable for the sealing of masonry structure surface, can effectively protect the outer latex paint from the strong chemical damage of cement.

Range of application

Multi-purpose primer for exterior walls designed for concrete and cement mortar surfaces; Used for the wall with strong absorbency to save finish paint and improve the adhesion of finish paint. Also used not besmear brushs brick wall, cement lime wall, plasterboard, asbestos board, hard board and soft board wait for all sorts of metope paint close processing.

Construction procedures

Brush painting, roller painting, spraying. Airless spraying is recommended for better effect.


Dilution: 10-20% water dilution, and stir evenly, let stand for 3-5 minutes before construction.


Base surface treatment: base surface must be smooth, solid, dry, clean, neutral, moisture content < 10%.


Construction environment: temperature not less than 5℃, humidity not more than 85%.


Storage conditions: sealed storage in a cool dry place at 0-35℃.


Validity period: 18 months
