Product introduction

Indoor ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coating, is a kind of water-based expansion special coating with thin paint film and excellent fireproof performance, and non-toxic, pollution-free, simple construction. Mainly painted on the surface of the steel structure, when the paint film after the fire rapidly expanded foam, formation of uniform dense porous carbonization insulation layer, to isolate air, delay the heating rate of steel components, to avoid the steel structure quickly heating, so as to improve the fire resistance time of the steel structure. Construction procedures

Steel structure surface treatment - paint brush rust primer - paint brush fireproof paint - paint finish


1. Before painting, the surface of the steel structure should be processed and polished to completely remove oil stains, rust and other sundries on the surface of the steel members.


2. Apply anti-rust primer, choose alkyd, epoxy (water based, solvent based). (our company can provide supporting products)
