Product introduction

Interior thick steel structure fire coatings is a non - expansion type fire coatings. It is designed and produced for the fire protection of the load-bearing members of the first fire-resistant steel structure. After the coating is painted on the surface of steel members, when fire occurs, it relies on the incombustibility and low thermal conductivity of the coating itself to form a protective layer of fire resistance and heat insulation.


It has the characteristics of no corrosion of steel, no chemical reaction with any anticorrosive primer, no pungent odor, light coating quality (the structural load weight is relatively light), large unit coating area, no smoke generation when fire occurs, and no release of harmful gas. Construction procedures

Steel structure surface treatment - brush anti - rust primer - brush interface agent - paint brush fire - resistant paint


1. Before painting, the surface of the steel structure should be processed and polished to completely remove oil stains, rust and other sundries on the surface of the steel members.


2. Apply anti-rust primer, which should be epoxy (water-based or solvent-based). (our company can provide supporting products)


3. Brush interface agent, spraying, rolling coating, brush coating can be. Because the construction thickness of this product is too thick, so before the construction of fire coating is recommended to brush the interface agent, in order to improve the bond strength of fire coating, (for large area of steel is recommended to add steel mesh) to avoid coating off or separation.


4. Apply fireproof coating. This product can be painted by spraying or wiping. The method of applying coating is basically consistent with that of applying cement. When fireproof coating is in use, should press nh-01: water: glue =1:1:0.25 proportion deployment, (deployment of paint should be used up in time, should not be placed for long time) undertake construction again next. The thickness of each construction is between 6-10mm, and the interval between each construction is ≥24h.
